Guys another reason might be cause the inside of your airpod case where the magnetic things are that connect the airpods and the case has dust or dirt try cleaning it and it should work

Guys, sometimes it just doesn’t connect for whatever reason but connecting them to the charger and letting it “charge” for a bit works

The solution for this is just go to your phone setting and search mono audio and balance the audio
