One AirPod Not Working? Here's How to Fix!

AirPods and ‌AirPods‌ Pro are designed to work seamlessly with all of Apple's Bluetooth-supporting devices, and nine times out of ten the wireless earbuds live up their billing, but that doesn't mean they work perfectly for everyone one hundred percent of the time.

A particularly irritating problem that can sometimes occur is when one AirPod drops the connection intermittently or stops working altogether for no apparent reason. If you've been hit by this bug, following the steps below should help you resolve it.

I've done all these steps and still my right airpod won't connect. It shows that its fully charged in the case but doesn't show the lightning bolt that its being charged. Once I connect with my phone, with the airpods in the case, the green battery icon for the right disappears. The green battery icon with the lightning bolt shows underneath the left airpod and case image, just not on the right airpod image. DRIVING ME CRAZY!

Holy crap! I was totally stressed about having to tell my husband that I somehow broke one of my AirPods for the second time. Lol. Especially stressful, because I didn’t do anything that I recall that would’ve damaged them. This literally just fixed the problem. Thank you so much!

The solution for this is go to phone settings and search for mono audio and balance the audio

Same issue on my left one. I went through all the steps including cleaning the charging tabs in the charger itself. I knew it had to be a reset issue somehow so with the ear piece still in the case I gently pulled the top so that the bottom (contacts) made contact with the charger contacts. I watched my phone to see if it showed up and it did. I put it in my ear and bam! Don't ask me why but it worked for mine when none of the other steps did. Hope this helps some of you as well

*fixed mine by*
1. cleaning the case and the metal
2. throwing my pods many times but not too hard. also the case i dropped it many times.
3. i placed my pods back by pressing it down in the case for minutes. (hard pressed)
4. i charged it with original charger for 2 hours. and then it worked! hope that helps

I was having problems with my left AirPod, reset them 3 times and nothing worked. I got these new and the case was pristine clean. I decided as a last ditch effort to blow into the charging case ports that charge the AirPods and now they work. Good ole blow in the hole trick

If you came hear and just got new AirPods you put one in and the other just won’t work. Settings -> scroll till find accessibility -> scroll till audio accessibility -> change balance to zero if already not on zero. Try this method if the one in the video did not help. I hope this helps if you need it
