101 Dalmatians is a 1996 American comedy adventure film. The film is a live action adaptation of Walt Disney's 1961 animated film of the same name, itself an adaptation of Dodie Smith's 1956 novel The Hundred and One Dalmatians.

Anita, a fashion designer, and Roger, a computer game writer, have to rescue the puppies of their dalmatians from Cruella De Vil, an insane woman, who wants to use their fur to make a coat.

As much as I dislike Live-Action Disney remakes when compared to the animated classics, I really like how Roger and Anita actually have more chemistry in the remake when they meet in the park unlike how in the original where they just awkwardly meet each other and it cuts to them getting married quickly. It might be a small change that doesn’t really matter since Roger and Anita aren’t the main focus, but it’s still a charming detail that makes them meeting each other more entertaining than the original. So I’m glad the filmmakers did it with the remake.

The song that band was playing, in case you didn't know, is called "Daisy Bell, " or "Bicycle Built For Two, " an old song written by Harry Dacre in the 1800s. The song is best known for HAL 9000 singing it as he was being disconnected in the 1968 film 2001: A Space Odyssey.
This scene is my favorite because 101 Dalmatians and 2001 are two of my favorite movies.
