6R80 Adapter Plate to 302 Ford Part 1

First step in testing an idea is to build an adapter plate and see if the idea will even work. So far it looks promising.

I'd be willing to buy an adaptor plate like this if it doesn't require much of any flywheel or torque converter spacing. I'm building a 94 F-150 for both work and play so I need something both stout and compact.

-Swapping the extremely tired 300ci for a built twin turbo 393ci (mainly Forged Internals)
-E4OD is obviously getting trashed for the 6R80
-Sterling F-250/350 rear end and front Raptor IFS suspension (both have custom Dutchman 6 lug axles from Dutchman Axles)
-4.10 Gear Ratio
-Nice low 570 RPM idle and 6900 RPM redline (shift points are going to 6100 RPM)

Quite a list, I tell ya 😂 My power goal is 625-750 horses.

Did the trans bolt up and fit properly without any spacers ect?

Where did you get that block plate. You said it came in the mail, but then also said you made it?
