1- play short pass when the game start so you enter the game fast
2- demand pass it will make you feel good
3-put on your mind you are the best and feel it
4-before each game go watch some football video you will be excited

For the last year I was having trouble with my confidence not knowing if to shoot or pass. I watched this video and next time I go to the field we will see if I feel more confident.
