Thank you for adding this episode of Healing Yoga! I am lucky that Inflammation isn't a problem for me but I am grateful for the upload for those who DO need this episode. I am not giving up on Healing Yoga as you know. I will keep checking back for all the Australian's that have had this brilliant show ripped away from us with no notice from FOXTEL. Inflammation is a great topic for yoga. I have PMR (polymyalgia rheumatica), a Vasculitis disease. Pain and stiffness is worse in the morning and then the pain and stiffness subsides but then I get really tired in the evening. Twenty per cent risk of getting GCA (Giant Cell Arteritis) because I have PMR. GCA can result in permanent loss of eye sight if not treated early enough. I need to be vigilant about self-care and not taking on too much stress. It is Vasculitis Awareness month and Lupus is also a Vasculitis disease.
