Yet another of Elvis, s leading ladies who had a varying and illustrious movie and tv career .

Probably most well known for portrayal of the Matriarch Morticia of the Adams family, nevertheless she'd acted in many Hollywood movies, none other the the superb King Creole alongside Elvis.

There was always a Bette Davis look about her features to me, I wouldn't say as stern looking but equally as intriguing, her facial expressions certaimly drew you.

She acted well alongside Elvis, her character not easily to define, was she, a friend, a mistress, or a lover, or maybe all three, who knows, but their scenes together were never boring.

As with all his co stars, Elvis and Carolyn got along well, ever the gent and professional. The movie itself one of his best ever in my opinion.
