iPhone not charging? This problem occurs with all model iphones and there's a few things you can try to fix it. Simply watch this vid and go througgh each step to rule out any issues

if your iphone is not charging or turning on when your plugging it in - don't automatically assume it's the charging port that needs replacing.

A few things to check on how to fix this:

1. Check your wall plug and lightning USB cable works
2. Check the wall socket is not faulty
3. Check for debris and remove any type of lint / dirt / build up in the charging port

I simply cannot believe that this actually solved my iPhone 6S problem. For weeks, I could not charge the phone without jiggling my cable endlessly. Today I finally gave up and was ready to either get the phone repaired at a professional place or get a new phone altogether. I had tried different cables with no luck. Wow, I cannot believe this! My 6s was fully working and then one day after I got the XS it turned off because I forgot to charge it and it never opened again. I was trying to open it with the help of many videos here on YouTube just because I needed my files but nothing seemed to work. Today after 3 years I found this video and thought hey, let's give it a try and when I plugged it in the apple symbol appeared on the screen. It still hasn't opened yet but keep in mind it's been fully out of charge for 3 years now. Maybe It won't open at all but if your phone is newer than mine and you're having the same problem with me it will definitely work. What a legend I found hella lint in my charger port but I got it out and now its working your a real legend saved me 400 dollars worth of repairs
