Korean BBQ is meant to be a meal enjoyed with friends and/or family. I loved that the final shot was with your whole team enjoying the food!

As a Korean, your recipe looks yummy. Many Korean like marinated meat on a grill but when we think of Korean BBQ, it's normally fresh meat without marinated and enjoy with various kind of fresh vegetable and condiments. The point of Korean bbq is grilling on top of a dining table so that we can have hot piping grilled meat in our mouth.

I found a large electric griddle of sorts from H-Mart which is an Asian grocery store chain. Relatively cheap. We have two of them now and we've done several nights hosting friends and family and doing Korean BBQ at home. Thankfully the store also sells tons of Korean BBQ cuts already marinated or just raw and ready to go. It's really fun for a get together or pot luck game night that we do all the time.

Can I say my favorite parts of these videos are when the whole crew comes in at the end to eat? You can tell they all work so hard to make quality content and videos and it's just super cool to see them coming together to talk and enjoy a meal together, so wholesome!💕

for all pun aficionados: The bap at 2:41 is hilariously chosen because bap in Korean means rice (as in bibimbap or kimbap etc.) - loved it.

You should do a sauce episode. Would love to see the different versatile sauces that can be used for different cuisines etc.

It's so exciting to see content creators like you who put in extra effort into recipe research, then putting in your finishing touches instead of just slapping things together. Your instructions are easy to follow along/streamlined while including every ingredient that would otherwise be missed if it wasn't there. Your pronunciation wasn't too bad either, except for doenjang, which is understandable because of the confusing Romanization (it's closer to dwen-jang, like d+when).

It would be cool to see your take on goon mandu, the Korean take on Chinese fried pork/leek dumplings. (Featured in the original Oldboy film)

It's really exciting to see people from around the world making stuff from my home country. Thank you Joshua!

Important note about the bulgogi marinade is that the Asian pear is used because it has a natural tenderizing enzyme. If you can't find Asian pear (I never have), you can use different fruit. I use kiwi but it has more of the tenderizer enzyme so use it sparingly or don't leave the meat in the marinade for too long.

the footage of the crew hanging out and chowing down at the end was incredibly wholesome, and i need more of it

This layout looks delicious but is definitely in need of korean pickled radishes. Crunchy bursts of sour/sweet goodness that really add to the experience.

This was very amusing to watch with Josh's reaction and that godly scream with the falling cucumber. I will say that the best korean grills are from H-Mart, but the one he has is perfectly good. It was interesting to see him using honey, typically you don't use honey much in Korean dishes but it looks good. However he forgot the raw onions, peppers, and garlic that your supost to have as well.

The cucumber at 4:03 is perfect. The little details and SFX that go into these videos is amazing. Made me laugh hysterically.

As a Korean I approve this.
Side tip. Korean BBQ usually consists of raw meat that’s not marinated as well. You cook the none marinated first and eat it. Then you cook the marinated to prevent burning since the marinade will burn if you have it on the grill too long. In Korea we ask the server to change the grill several times during the course of the meal :)
