I just love the fact she tells us how to change the recipe if we lack certain ingredients, or that this is enough for 1-2 people! so thoughtful

It's so nice to watch a video by a Korean chef who is not trying to be cutesy or cracking jokes every minute in order to earn "Likes". I'm sure you guys know which chefs I'm referring to.
How refreshing to come back to a chef just teaching the basics of Korean cooking without gimmicks, one-liners or special effects ! This is the way cooking is meant to be taught.

My husband was stationed in Korea over thirty years ago and he absolutely loves Korean food. I have searched for authentic Korean recipes to make for him without any luck until I foundJia's you tube video. I made this Bulgogi for him and he said that it was like he was still in Korea, it was exactly like he remembered it tasting. Thank You Jia for helping me to create this amazing dish for my husband. I will definitely continue to watch your videos and recreate the meals that you making. Your instructions are very easy to follow. Thank you !!

Over the years of hosting international students in our home some of the best experiences we have had are when the Korean students mother would visit and take over our kitchen for a traditional Korean dinner. We have learned how to prepare many delicious Korean dishes as well as even how to make our own Kimchee.

the filming and editing for this is great. the pacing is fast enough to keep my attention, yet the lack of noisy background music and chef Choi's soothing voice made this really chill to watch. nice job xx

Thank You so much for this recipe! My family loved it. My 5yo daughter ate all what she had on plate. Every time says oh this is so good, mommy it taste delicious… I love that I don’t need marinate meat for hours. Also I didn’t have oyster sauce. Still taste yumm 😊

I have been eating Korean food since 1982 when I visited Korea the first time.  Bulgogi is excellent and such a great meal when combined with "ssam" and the Korean side dishes called "ban-chan".  Thank you for a great recipe Chef Choi.

Excellent recipe. I just made this real quick with just marinating for 30 mins and western pear. Works just as well if your beef is of good quality and tastes amazing
