21:48 *UPDATE:* According to news reports, an investigation of the truck crash in Tooele, Utah found only three of the fourteen trailer brakes were working properly. The driver of the truck was the step-son of the trucking company owner. The owner indicated driver inexperience may have been a factor in the mishap. The owner also said his children had worked on this vehicle's brakes a week prior to the incident. The driver said when he entered the town, after pressing the brake pedal to the floor would not slow down the vehicle, he applied both the truck and trailer's parking brake in an attempt to stop the vehicle.

1:19. Shoulder is only there for breakdowns and emergency vehicles. You pulled straight of the shoulder at very slow speed. Should have used shoulder to accelerate to minimum speed then slowly merge into traffic lane when safe to do so

1:04 I've seen this many times now, and again, as a trucker myself, the newb is in the wrong! When merging from a stop on the freeway, you use the shoulder where you were parked for whatever reason to get up to speed before merging. The truck that nearly hit you was coming at speed toward you, and you pulled out in front of him not recognizing he had little time to react, and wound up taking your mirror off. You could have killed that man! This newbie doesn't show promise as a new trucker as I would never have pulled that stunt when I was a newb! Don't do it again!👍😎✌🗽

11:13 driver covers the inboard camera as if it's not suspicious at all, after crashing the first thing he does is retrieve a bottle from the door, then recovers the camera again. Does he think his boss will not see the bottle he passed right in front of the camera and the lady that probably has no business (at least for the company) to be there.
