I don't know if this idea is too specific, but it would be interesting to see which 3-4 trucks to bring, if you were limited to only those, for each map. Would make a cool challenge and help co-op people who wants to divide specific jobs between them. Love the content man!

I really like the fleetstar you get when you first get the garage, I used mine with only awd and diff lockers to recover all drowned vehicles and get the kodiak out, it's a brilliant all rounder I'd say

If you know anyone who has the phase 1 DLC while not having it yourself you can nab the AWD upgrade for the GMC if you are in their session as long as they are the host IIRC.

The axle on the Cat is called a lift axle. It’s used to distribute the weight more evenly on the real life counterpart.

I think a big part of why the Loadstar retained its relevance ties into its utility and how fun it is to drive.

It’s one of the few scouts with extended functionality, given that it can also moonlight as a repair truck or a crane truck.

And if I’m not mistaken, I think the Loadstar is also still the fastest scout in the game. Combine this with its short, squat body and bouncy suspension and you have a truck that’s pretty stable, yet still exciting to drive.

Plus it just has a great aesthetic. IMO its still one of the best-looking trucks in the game.

Yea, ANK MK38 helped me huge time at the start, amazing truck. Incredible rescuer and usefull for carrying loads thru heavy mud

The p16 has saved me so many times as a recovery truck. Trying to haul logs with the p12 and getting stuck on inclines, the p16 to the rescue

Twinsteer is by far my favorite truck in the game. I usually have at least 6, and usually take 2 everywhere. 8 cargo slots, no trailers, and a tag-along rescue vehicle. I use 2, with 4 L04f's on board to open new maps. I drop the 🍞s off around the map as mini service stations. Can't remember the last time I ran out of fuel.

I also like the big Derry. It's great for making big hauls through tight terrain. I used it extensively in Alaska and Yukon.

And, of course, the LS 1700 is still one of my favorite scouts. That truck has saved my bacon more times than I can count. ❤️

Oh the Pacific P16, how I love/hate that truck. Probably one of the coolest looking trucks in the game, but it's so outclassed by everything else. I wish they gave it some love.

The Freightliner M91 is a great tractor for pulling trailers, especially saddle mounted trailers. It's small size can be an advantage and it's got decent fuel efficiency. The White Western Star is also probably the best early game truck. Powerful, tough and highly versatile. I use mine as a recovery vehicle and it's never failed.

For me, the White Western Star 4964 is my one of my favourites. Its not the best, i'll admit but it can handle (almost) every terrain, it is versatile and it looks good. It is definitly a recommended choise for every map (yes, even Imandra).

As an Ukrainian, I am glad, that you noticed that there is not just russian trucks in the game. Just for understanding - Azov is Ukrainian city, and designs of some trucks in game is truly ours.

the plethera of mods that enable trailers and some useful logging addons to the 6900 make the truck an absolute beast of a truck and a rather fun challenge to take on tighter trails and roads with the 6900 + large drawbar trailer.

Hello Ben! Great video, I liked your opinion, but in place of Derry Longhorn, I put the International Paystar 5600TS that even having a smaller fuel tank and an equal consumption of the CAT 770G. It has advantages (Type: 3 Slot Platform + Mini Crane + Trailer). And not to mention other combos that this truck has.. (And it has curtains too). But that's in my opinion.. But I liked the video! The Intl. Loadstar is a beast! I just love it's addon variety. And of courseze Cat 745 is really the day saving machine with the fuel addon, but beware of deep water.

Kodiak is the jack of all trades, if you drive carefully you can use it in a lot of places. Probably on of the most versatile trucks in the game
