I agree with 90% of what you say, but once you increase your protein sufficiently, it’s difficult to face 3 meals a day, I’m absolutely totally satisfied with 2 decent meals daily and have gone from a huge snacker to zero grazing whatsoever

Yes, I think protein and fibre are key. I don’t believe in skipping meals. I know some people do intermittent fasting but it’s not for me. Xxxx

Yip, need to sleep more. The nights I don't sleep I definitely have more calories the next day.
