Thanks for your video! Great info! Unfortunately Nature's Way started using titanium dioxide (a colorant) in their formula. If you see this in the ingredients, I recommend to use another product with clean ingredients and no chemical additives.

If you were losing your hair at a young age, what most likely was happening was your testosterone, or a lot of your 'free testosterone' was getting changed into DHT via 5-alpha reductase. The synthetic testosterone can be aromatized into estrogen easier than your own endogenous testosterone. So testosterone can go either way, and for men it's more ideal to gave a good balance of Test --> DHT, and to the lesser, small amounts of it aromatized to estrogen obviously. DHT in itself is anti-estrogen, it cannot be 5-ar into estrogen like regular testosterone can. If you want to minimize synthetic estrogens from environment, stay away from phytoestrogens, beer, soy, grains, etc.
