I started taking DIM last month and for the first time in ten years, I feel amazing. My period was light and I had hardly any pain this month. My mood is so lighthearted. I feel like a teen again. It’s like a light switch was turned on full of positivity. ❤❤

I started taking DIM estrogen 3 weeks ago, my weight was 122lbs. My normal weight was normally 133. Well I’m back to 133lbs but with daily exercise. I got my butt & boobs back lol that I did not expect. Also before I took Dim, I was bones 🦴 and shower dips from osteoporosis but now that I have my weight back those dips done show anymore.

I’m happy to say I have muscle tone back and I’m happy and feeling much better. Even the hot flashes calmed down.

I m having my period for the second time in this month, it's one of the side effects. I don't know what to do because I find it useful for loosing weight 😢 please help!

Did a Dutch test. Natural path said DIM would benefit me. So I just started like 25-50mg daily and now I’m not getting a period 🤷‍♀️ seems like most people are getting it twice.

I have now tried the DIM product with evening primrose, black cohosh, calcium d glycerate.
I have tried this twice, and the migraine that followed was earth shattering. But I am post meno.

My wife and I are exploring bioidentical hormone therapy via compounding Pharmacy.
The pharmacy said that it uses Saliva Hormone Test Kit via ZRT Laboratory and our Doctors Blood work to determine their recommendations.
Also, they want the Saliva Hormone Test to be done every 6 months.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I can't afford dutch testing. Also in NY state. I had my doctor run my labs though. I need help going over them and figuring out what i can do to balance out. Testosterone was a 5. Ive read your books and am doing everyrhing i can in them and am feeling a bit better. How much would your services cost?

I just watched a video that said to use aromatase inhibitor or DIM cream for cellulite. If you are in menopause and on estrogen, is it a bad idea to use an estrogen blocking cream or does the topical version not really affect your levels much?
