The fact that they ignored the bride and her family for almost a whole month, told her to fly to Miami (thats not cheap) only to stand her up like a crappy date, then had the nerve to harass her on the day of her wedding, then attempt to basically crash it?? Are these people INSANE??

Whats crazy to me is that she made a gofund me for the 6000 for the dress and more money to pay her staff. Its her responsibility to pay her staff not the clients and not anyone elses!

Bottom line. The woman didn’t provide her client a quality dress. I sew and I know how what it takes to make a wedding dress. Either the woman doesn’t have the skill or she passed the project to a newbie. I hear about people on TikTok thinking they can start a fashion company without the ability to actually sew.

The dress maker shouldnt be taking orders for things they cant actually do. Theres really nothing wrong with connecting with a artist on social media in this age and theres A LOT of ways to fit a dress and work with people from pretty far away. Furries can and have literally done this for decades. Do not blame the victim for being scammed when they were lied to and not shown progress shots of the thing. And getting it last minute is absolutely and completely unacceptable

What makes me laugh is all the backlash and bad publicity the "dress maker" is getting is her own doing as she brought all this to light in the first place, not the bride.
If she had given her her money back we would probably all been none the wiser and she would still be getting clients.🤣

So Yesterday I could only watch this on my phone but now seeing the pictures of the dress on my computer in such a larger image, DEAR LORD. I am not a seamstress, but I am learning to sew and know that Dress looks so bad. There it looks like there are raw edges from the detail work everywhere, the spaces on everything is uneven, I can't tell but it looks like its missing a few gems, the bottom and top don't look like they match at all.... Just... What a waste! And such a disappointment.

I got a fursuit commissioned and the communication was 100x better than this. I couldn't imagine having that sort of lack of communication over a WEDDING DRESS 😂

Some advice from an old lady nearly 50... For some reason, people have this idea that a phone conversation is the correct way to communicate when having a disagreement with someone. Unless you are legally recording the conversation, DON'T do this. If its with a professional company, I suggest email, otherwise use text to correspond. This way you have written proof of the communication. Also, NEVER use foul language, make a comment about the person you're dealing with other than her skills as a professional, or make threats. You are class, grace, strength unbothered. You are of a higher standard, a greater quality, to allow yourself to be demeaned in such an undignified manor. 😉
