Even if she did mention that her husband owned the place. They would have called her a liar.

Seriously everyone has the right to go into a store and shop whether they are black, Mexican or whatever we are all people with the same blood.

How can someone be a regular customer in wedding dress store? Like they keep divorcing every year? 😂

This episode clearly shows the absurdity of racism. The girl that played the customer was clearly trying to work with them, but it became clear that they just wanted her to leave. Thank you for producing this video. You continue to reshape society one video at a time.

When you judge someone by their appearance, it doesn't define who they are, it defines who you are!!
Never judge someone by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character!!

Instead of arguing with racists, it is better to walk away and go to a better place where you are treated equally.

The looks on their faces when they found out she is Mr. Scott's fiancee were priceless!

Unfortunately this type of discrimination happens all the time and it doesn't have a happy ending like this one

It's a shame that still happens in this day and age.

Story time:This is terrible. Something similar happened to me at 9 years old. We went to store owned by minorities, they were Hispanic and we spent time searching for a dress for my 5th grade graduation. After some time, the store manager comes to me and accuses me of trying to steal and hiding something in my clothes and forced me to strip off my clothes. Mind you I was 9 years old and she created a scene and there weee men also staring at me. I started crying outta fear. I was petrified. My mom exchanged her words to the employees and hackles them that what they were doing was inhumane. Because of my skin and despite my age and stature, you have the gall to accuse a child. I will never forget that day. And no I didn’t strip nothing. My mom wasn’t having it especially after they threatened and attempted to call police. It was indeed traumatizing. Nevertheless, I can empathize to this character a great deal and really wish someone was there aside from my mom to stick up for us. Ppl really need God like are you mad?? A child?? My skin color???

Why can't people understand that we all are special, equal and unique in our own way? Skin color should not make a difference. Thank you Garry for fighting against racism through your videos.

Man this story got me laughing from how the manager and the employees were making up excuses to why they wouldn’t let James’ fiancé try on the dress before buying when really they were being racist. They even assumed that she was going to take the dress and leave without paying and made the price higher for her. Good thing James was the CEO of the place or the problem wouldn’t have been resolved. And I agree it doesn’t make sense to buy clothes before trying it on cause what if it doesn’t fit them, they would have to go through the stress of returning it. There’s a lesson about don’t judge a book by its cover meaning don’t judge others before getting to know them first. And if that happened to me I wouldn’t be happy, I would sue them for racism especially if they overprice me on something I was buying.

Still this is happening in different form. Am an Asian(Indian) working as a substitute teacher in a school, people were really rude to me. Some teachers made me feel low, disrespect me, treated me different so many times . I really wonder, if they are rude to me how come they will teach the kids kindness. Still am facing it. Am an engineer by profession but due to my family situation am working g as a substitute. I cried so many days. It’s still happening.

Just because she didn't mention the man she is getting married too doesn't mean that you can treat someone like that! I'm glad all 3 were fired!
