So, in short, she didn't send off the dress until 2 days before the wedding. It arrived with major flaws and was hideous, and then she proceeded to stalk and harass the bride before, during, and after her wedding? Yeah, great customer service...

if you think about it, its evil to publicly call out someone and claim "they are not responding", when you know they are currently getting married.

Dressmaker broke the contract. Bride should get a refund and punitive damages for defamation. Dressmaker is a hack.

It’s the fact she posted her name, her socials, her business, and her husband’s socials when she knew full well she was in the wrong.

This never had to be a public dispute; this could’ve been settled in private with no damage done to anyone’s reputation, but for some reason, everything is everyone’s business in the whole world.

I think this is just a major lesson in not ordering from “companies” on TikTok who aren’t reputable.

I knew bro was illogical when she said “I am not paying for FedEx shipping, I have already took enough losses. I AM GONNA GET ON THIS $300 FLIGHT RIGHT NOW AND COME OVER THERE IF YOU WON’T PAY FOR SHIPPING”

the dressmaker made bold faced LIES!!! She showed up in their city to harass the bride? That is insane behavior. I would buy a dress from a local boutique or big box store. online shops are so scammy.

crazy to spend sm money on a whole plane ticket but not wanna pay shipping to get the dress back 😭

I've been following this drama, and I almost wonder if she sent it so close to the wedding day because she knew there would be no way to fix it so the bride couldn’t ask to be reimbursed for costs taking it to another seamstress.

The dressmaker is a scammer. I cannot imagine having $7000 to spend on a wedding dress then putting my trust in someone off TikTok🥴

“You want me to fix a dress I screwed up? Nah you need to pay me in full for the dress that wasn’t done properly.”
Haha BOLD strategy gamers let’s see if it works out for em 😂😂

100% what happened was that the designer could tell that the bride would not approve of the final dress and tried to force her into buying it by shipping it to her with no prior communication and then badgering her in the middle of the wedding to try and pressure her into paying. She knew that if she did that final fitting with the bride, the bride would say "keep the deposit but this dress is nothing like what I asked for so I'm not wearing it to my wedding and not paying for the rest."

The fact that she'll run her mouth all day and put this poor woman on public blast but won't show her own face in her rant, is deeply sus

my question is: why did anyone believe the designer in the first place? like, the dress looks completely different (and honestly horrible - the dress not the bride) on the bride than it does in the initial pictures she showed, she never gave any receipts for texts/emails, and she wouldn’t even show her face! to go after someone is crazy in the first place, but especially when it’s so obvious the person attacking them isn’t telling the whole truth is wild! like the brain rot tiktok has caused is embarassing

The nerves of this woman to charge 6k for a dress that looks like a Temu knockoff made in a sweatshop by a kid and once called out it's just haters wanting to "bring her down" and look at me, I am the bigger person I am "moving on" lmao

At least if the craftsmanship backed it up I would have been a tiny bit more lenient, but she not only dug her own grave she also built her casket and all

The bride is totally in the right. She is the only one who has receipts backing up her side. The dress maker is a fake and runs her business very poorly. She deserved to be called out.

I find it so funny that the dress designer kept saying it makes no sense. It makes more sense when you include what actually happened huh? 🤣

Raylee needs to contact her credit card company to contest the charge due to fraud & shoddy product, before she does anything. She needs to file a complaint with the BBB & contact legal counsel. This is a business that took a deposit, dissed the client & strung her along for 6 months, didn’t meet the deadline, submitted a fraudulent shipping label, lied to the public claiming it was a “rush order” & defamed her as she was both libeled & slandered as a thief.

I've watched three or four videos on this now, and I'm continually shocked that no one is pontoon out that this dress maker is obviously stealing model pictures and videos from somewhere legitimate and passing them off as her own. This dress clearly doesn't match the one shown on the model at the beginning. There is also a tiktok from at least one other person showing that her dress didn't match the one shown to her in pictures.
This is the same scam from Wish and Shein, but they at least have the decency to charge what they're worth.

I'm just confused on why she took this to Tik Tok and posted the bride's full details and profile, knowing that the bride had all the receipts she did. Was she just banking on the bride getting overwhelmed by the backlash and never reactivating her account to respond?
