About lemon water... I think it's more effective to squeeze the lemon juice into a glass of water. Also, remember to wash the lemon peel before cutting the skin so that any germs from the outside don't get into the lemon fruit.

If that's all you have to do for the whole day then damn... That's goals. I have school, sometimes work and extra curricular activities. Then chores, cleaning and somehow I fit workout in there. Cook dinner, eat dinner, homework and study. By this point it's 1 am and I'm getting 6 hours of sleep maximum. I'm rushing in the mornings; no time for breakfast, meditation or any of that, just get ready and get out.

I don't know what to call this, but I'm just going to say it's a life hack.What I do is I open reminders on my phone and keep it open to my check list or agenda.Since I go on my phone a lot that's the first thing I see, so I remember to do it.

What time do you wake up? I assume it's early to be able to fit all these things into a schedule before 10am, im lazy I don't normally wake up until 11/12😂

Every video you always glow and seem thoroughly happy. I'm going to try to meditate more. I need to practice this more at work. Lately I feel like work is slowly changing my state of mind. Like more negative. Do you have any advice on how to stay away from negative vibes at work. I work in a high pace job where every hour is a new report that needs to be done.
