My cat doesnt just sleep on me, im pretty sure his favorite spot to nap is on my face. Literally, he just lays down on my face.
Edit: he may be trying to smother me (poorly) so he can eat me. He frequently tastes me just to know what i taste like.
Edit 2: im concerned. Hes getting better at it. Today he layed on my face and i couldnt breathe and had to lift him off. If i die, assume it was the cat and dont like put him in cat jail just maybe give him some belly rubs
Edit 3: yes. Im still alive. For now. He seems to be catching onto the fact i know what he's doing, and he's trying to lay low. This is why i sleep with my door closed, so he wont be able to smother me while im asleep
2022 September update: ive started school now, so he has less chances to smother me. However he does seem like he's gone back to trying again, having a few attempts in the last week. He also may or may not have given me pink eye, so he could be going for the immune system sabotage route. Also I love how this comment has blown up, like my lil boy is famous now (for trying to murk me but ignore that part).

Ok guys im sorry to ruin the tension or whatever but yes i am alive and yes he is still trying. Ive seriously never had a comment with THIS many replies.

My cats refuse to sleep anywhere else in the house except for my room. So either they're on my pillows, under my blankets and if I'm there, they both snuggle up to me and it's so cute.

Mine will literally come snuggle right under my arm pit deliberately and fall asleep. She always looks for that exact spot. If my arm isn’t positioned in a way that she can get under my arm, she’ll meow until I lift my arm. It’s super adorable.
