Honestly this is one of the first DAWs I've been able to really wrap my head around...good start!

TIP: How to hear the piano from your keyboard: Apparently you need to tell Bitwig each time what output device you are using. Go to the Settings (you can do this by clicking on the Bitwig logo at the top of your screen) Choose Settings > Audio > Output device: choose your device or speakers. I hope it helps.

I think it is the best DAW for Linux, I like a lot the design and maybe I would buy it. The alternatives version that I have looked are LLMS, Ardour, Reaper, Bespoke Synth and Zrythm, but they are not very intuitive.

It is hard to find good audio editors on Linux with a beautiful and elegant desgin, that works. And using WINE to use FL Studio or other Windows apps is a mess.

I'm on Arch Linux with KDE and it works, however there's a learning curve.

Just an FYI...when I use arcade by output in bitwig it straight up crashes throughout the session and continually reloads the crashed plugin...it’s the most current version of both...anyone else have this challenge and any suggestions?

It's a smart looking DAW, does still, look alot like Ableton just with better UI graphics.

I've tried the Demo and really like Bitwig but so wish you had rent to own or something in between 16 track and studio as 399 USD is quite a lot for me in one go

Can you combine Bitwig with other software via plugins like Keyscape? Or do you know another option in recording the sounds from Keyscape?

Today I saw what he can do.Ableton, FL, Reason, Logic pro X = Bitwig. Reason blocks translated to Bitwig offer possibility to save preset folder with all content, and not job Bitwig, keep going like this.To know, that the pirated program made me decide to buy it.

if you click on any of the "scenes" buttons then a bug happens where the audio on the arrangement view is grayed out and will no longer play. there appears to be no workaround.

Hello. I've found that Launchkey 25 MK3 is not supported on Bitwig. At 2:08 when the controller is not auto-detected and it's manually added, can we still achieve some minimal Launchkey 25 MK3 functionality? even if I don't install any scripts? thanks.

And for color the vst chain why not to add color options to the device panel? Thanks

This daw is complicated not as intuitive. Am sorry but how do I access desktop or document files. No drag and drop..it looks like a different version of abelton live
