Sir there is no option of input Device in setting please help

SUPER! And now please tutorial for the OFFLINE COMPUTER.
Because not all music computer are connected to the internet.
So please don't make us 100% depend of being online.
Aside this annoying circumstance, BITWIG are in my opinion today the absolute best DAW available on the market!
