How To Lock Or Protect Cells After Data Entry Or Input In Excel
This one is very important. I am using excel VBA for this project. This is an advance excel tutorial and I am using excel 2010 for the demonstration. Let’s have a look at the step by step tutorial on how to lock cell after data entry in excel.

Step 1: First select the Cell range you want to lock/protect.
Step 2: Right click on that and click on “format cells”
Step 3: Click “Protection” and check mark the “locked” option to unlock it.
Step 4: Now Click on “Review” and “Protect Sheet”
Step 5: Enter and confirm the password
Step 6: Now Right click on “sheet1” in the lower left corner and click “View code”
Done. Now you know how to protect cell after input in excel
