Those principles really boil down to being a decent human being! Be humble, rational and consistent while not overthinking everything you want to do!

Mentally strong people are comfortable in their own skin. It is not stress that is damaging, it is our reaction to it. Thanks for sharing 🖖

Great tips, one common theme I noticed is a lot is focused on not being afraid to take action and accepting failure is part of the process, just something to learn and grow from

One of the hardest thing I ever did was disconnect myself from those pretending to be friends. Hardest was woman I loved for years. It took me years to get over them all but it gave my life all its colors and joy back.

I was very happy and grateful when I got my wheelchair because it meant I could get out and about and continue to volunteer and life would be much happier. It gave me my Independence back.

The 14th one:

Stop hiding away from life on the internet. You’re just giving yourself small temporary endorphin boosts (like a drug) and it gives you temporary justification for being lazy and not living your life. If you continue down this road you’ll be nothing. Get out there. Start living life. Let go of the internet. If you’re reading this and it triggers you, then I may have just saved your life. Trust me, nobody wants to talk about how dangerous it is to always be on the internet because it’s a safe space for a lot of people, but it’s the root of many peoples issues and they don’t even know it. It’s so bad for you.

My life my life changed in a heartbeat when one day I walked around the back of the house and found my husband dead on the floor after he'd fell off the roof. That was 13 years ago. We had a son who's 10 years old at the time. I didn't have time to feel sorry for myself. Because of our son I had to get my s*** together

Mentally strong people don't make emotional decisions. They think logically and objectively to make the most rational decision.

I need help with making decisions. I have messed up my 20s not being able to decide in academics, relationship, work and now currently choosing a life partner. Can you make content regarding that? Big fan of your work

It's not only when you hate someone you give em the control over yourself, but also when you love someone.. it's about all the emotions and the expectations you think about. just don't expect anything and life will be easy.
