This low calorie pizza recipe has been my go-to homemade pizza recipe lately. The pizza crust requires just 2 ingredients to make, and the homemade low calorie pizza sauce I make to go with it is almost just as easy to put together too.

Tip for the pepperoni, Joe. To make it not so greasy in your recipe, put pepperoni on a paper towel and cover with another paper towel. Pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds and blot. Works great!

Looks great..I'd love to try it but how is this less than 500 calories?...its more like 700 - 850 calories:
Self Rising Flour (85 g) = 300 calories
Almond Milk (50 g) = 5 calories
Olive Oil (0.5 Tbsp) = 50 calories * used to brush the crust
Tomato Sauce (120g) = 30 calories
Fat-free Mozzarella Cheese (1 C) = 180 calories
Pepperoni (~24 slices) = 100 - 240 calories *depends on if the slices are turkey pepperoni or real

So... 500 calories for the pizza with only fat free cheese, no part-skim moz, no pepperoni, no olive oil brushing.... The pizza in the video is 800-1000 calories minimum....

seems weird seeing you use flour lol im used to the keto vids still. That sauce looked really good. I will have to try it. I assume it was keto friendly

I made this and it definitely is higher than 500 calories. Like much higher.

Not sure what you’re doing to make it less than 500 when a 1 to 1 (I had to omit using regular pepperoni, omit sauce, and omit the olive oil) gave me a 600 calorie piece.

However its not correct that almond milk is lowest in calories. Cashew milk is lower!
