1/4c water
8 egg yolks
410g evaporated milk
395g condensed milk
BRIOCHE DOUGH
120g milk
1 egg
40g sugar
7g yeast
280g all-purpose flour
1/2tsp salt
DOUGHNT FILLING
1/2c heavy cream
1/8c powdered sugar
**when whipped add pureed Leche Flan
PUREED LECHE FLAN
excess leche flan + 1/8 heavy cream
(puree in the blender)
ENJOY THE INSANELY GOOD DOUGHNUTS!
