Leche Flan Doughnut (smooth and creamy leche flan with tasty brioche doughnut)

Leche Flan Doughnut Recipe

Ingredients:

For Leche Flan
6 pcs large eggs
4 pcs eggyolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon zest
400ml evaporated milk
450ml condensed milk
1 cup (for caramelized sugar)
pinch of salt
pan (Dimensions 11.44x13.38x9.63 (Width x Length x Height in Inches)

For Brioche Dougnhut Dough
2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup evaporated milk

For donut filling: use the leftover lecheflan and syrup then puree them until smooth and creamy

Yield: 8 donuts
Leche flan can make 12pcs
