It's like someone tried making the comm badges from Star Trek except instead of just making a communication device they also tried making it into a tricorder and data pad with built in AI, only for the AI to decide it doesn't want any part of this.

You have to live with the device before you criticize it. You can't send emails. Your command is all wrong. You can send messages. If you ask it to send a message it will do it just like mine does since the first time I took it out the box. Second, you have to say translate. You can't say change language. That's like asking the device to change this language from English to whatever you're asking. If you say translate, that's the key word and it works for me every time straight out the box. I think these people need to live with the device first before they criticize it. All. The features I have on mine works fine. Just like in the demo they had. The only part that I don't have is the calorie count and that's coming soon and this company been sending out updates for the heat issue as well as other updates at least 3 to 4 a month improving the device

I believe the AI pin could have potential to replace our phones…. Just not stuck to WiFi, unable to fulfill basic commands, and with expensive accessories… To the CEO of the company, you are not Apple so please don’t act like Apple.

Now please make a video what the AI Pin is doing good, because it also deserves this. I think the idea is very good. Look at the Smartphone zombies outside. Nobody is talking more with each other just looking at the smartphone screen all the time.
