With the hit early, I agree, but it makes it so they can easily move the ball backwards making it slower and your cool down will still be going, so you'll die.

as a guy who wins all the time in public matches sometimes timing perfectly is better because its necessary for fighting more advanced players since they can take advantage of you clicking early also for me moving around is better to catch your opponents guard off

I see people dying with the reason of "cooldown" actually the cooldown will come when u click the ball twice. Avoid clicking twice.. just click once :D

If you spawn or click the block two time after blocking there will be cooldown, the cooldown reset everytime you hit the ball

If you use swap and block last second before you get hit there’s a chance you get swapped with the person who is getting the ball then they would die unless they are very quick on pressing block

Tip for moblile and pc!:

Pc: don’t hit F, click instead because it will be easy for you to clash

Mobile : if your hitting block at the bottom of your screen, tap the right side of your screen instead! It helps with clashing as well

theres a problem with tip 1, if the other player curves the ball backwards and u click early, u will miss ur block and die.

Tip if you do a clash: fast fingers. Thanks to that words of wisdom a guy in a duel told me, I can now join any public server and win first try.

Good tips for beginners. If you try this in pro servers you’re going to be destroyed. If you’re against a pro: blocking early will get you killed by a curve ball, not moving will make you too predictable and easy to defend, and finally, using your abilities spontaneously allows pros to abuse your cool-down, and get you when you don’t have your ability.

as a professional player with over 150 wins (i forgot how much) the first tip isnt very good and it can grow to a bad habit. if you click way before it hits you, pull users can take advantage of you unless you have a skill that hits the ball for you. the second tip is really not giving you an advantage, you should move around and get into the other players mind, which is way smarter.

Guys to the mobile users don’t press your screen more than one time when you hit the ball to protect or shield, one time is enough and it will decrease the time for cool down, this way you can fight closely or further away

One issue is literally the spam click problem where there would be the time where the ball gets closer and the block ability was in the wrong timing, don't easily get this wrong as "skill issue" likely it's just the wrong timing depending on the speed.
