Hi guys, I made a screw up with dosage. Don`t exceed 2000 mg a day. If you have nausea, vomiting or bloated stomach your dose is too high. 2000 mg worked in my case, but will not work for every body. 75 mg-140 mg is good enough dosage for average person.

Vitamin C is very important, however i wonder... Vitamin C is water soluble which means the body would just get rid of the exceeded amount of it ( unlike the fat soluble vitamins which get stored in the fat cells until the fat get used ) I want to know why you're taking such high amounts if the exceeded amount of vitamin C of the general guideline would just get ( pissed out, sorry had to say it ). ?

Great video. Can you do a video about how to strengthen your forearms without biceps involved... My biceps are way oversized and overpowerd to my forearms.
11 inch forearms with 17 inch biceps...

Would I be able to repair a damaged Labral tear in my right shoulder, for which I damaged several ago & didnt have an op...Also would Tumeric supplement be better for either a hip alignment problem or an Arthritis flare up T.I.A

You mentioned that if you have tendonopathy it would make the wrong collagen, so are you saying the vitamin c won’t work at all? And if so the what should I do?

Do you have links to research showing that high doses of orally administered vitamin C are significantly better than normal doses of vitamin C from normal food intake for tendon/ligament collagen in humans? Or did I miss that somewhere in the link you provided?

I am currently recovering from patellar tendonitis.Taking collagen supplement, Vitamin C 1000 mg and fish oil.Should I take msm and glucosamine as well?
