I recently learned how to do blind, and I have a really nice tip that will help.
Since you're starting out, then it may be really difficult to get the edges and and corners memorized correctly, even if you write it down. So what you can do is actually do the edges and the corners seperately. So basically you're doing a 2 look solve by first memorizing the edges, solving them, and then memorizing the corners and then solving them. This makes it a lot easier and is a great progression to a full bld solve. You can write the memo in the beginning, and as you practice, try to start memorizing without writing it down. This helped me, and it will probably help you too!!

Please like so that CE sees this.
Edit - typo

Kevin, I caught a tiny and common, but very important mistake when you write the sequence.
When you write down the sequence, you should never write down the buffer (B for edges and E for corners). Since you wrote at the begining of each sequence the buffer, you would get 1 extra letter on each. So you will think there is parity when there is no parity, and also the other way around.

Like for your edges the 1st try, you wrote "B"OPDISTQU. And you probably thought there was parity but ther actually wasn't.

Good luck on your Blindfolded journey :)

BTW: If you read this like the vid and sub :D

I have a game:
Take a shot every time he mispronounces 'Pochmann'

Jk well done for trying! I started learning about a month ago, and I can do it about half the time. A tip is memorize corners as words and edges as sounds (if that makes sense). Then execute edges before corners

Plot twist : Kevin lee is training for agt after Flavian impressed him

When I was learning I often tried just doing the edges and just doing the corners so that there was less to remember, then when I got the hang of it I tried the whole cube. Good luck :D

Tbh this inspires me so much because I’ve always been hesitant to learn 3blind the same way Kevin has been and now he’s finally doing it, and who knows I might even start doing blind

start memorizing only edges and solve only the edges. after some practice with that, do the same with corners. after aa few days of practice your memorizing capability should increase . at that point go for memorizing tghe whole cube ( btw do this all without writing it down in a book) this method did help me a lot when i had first started. it just comes by practice honestly.

I do bld (I use full 3 style )
and the way I learned it the first time was by watching j perm and learn the execution (without any letters lol) so after I had like %100 confidence on execution (that took 1 year because I was so lazy to put letters lol)I startes putting letters and stuff and wrote that on a paper like you and trying to solve it under the table and after I started to get a lot of successes I tried some full bld solves and they took so long but I had good results
So yeah I kept practicing till I got comfortable with the method and continued my journey like that.
Hope you dont be lazy like me lol
Btw gr8 videos :D
