The Slow ’n Sear Deluxe Kamado by SNS Grills is here. We are smoking ribs in the SNS Grills Kamado w/ Killer Hogs AP rub, BBQ rub, and BBQ sauce. Later on I'll do a full Slow 'N Sear Kamado review but for now we are just cooking bbq ribs and I'll tell you some of the pros/cons of the Slow N Sear Kamado along the way.

If you don't mind I'd really like to reccomend 2 rubs that when layered or combined are just GOOD on ribs! I've smoked hundreds of ribs now and tried many different rubs. Kinda my thing to fill up my propane grill rub storage (remember me 😎) with all sorts of rubs. So in the search of something spectacular I've found that Heath Riles Apple Rub and Heath Riles Honey Chipotle Rub, together are the best tasting rubs that I've ever tasted on ribs in my life! Man, I would absolutely love to see your face after tasting that combo on ribs!

Another good video. Appreciate the Killer Hog Rubs test. Once I use a little more of my current rubs (storage space issue), I'm gonna get some of Malcom's rubs. Plus, I want to get some of Soo's stuff as well

In such a great BBQ video, the biggest thing that caught my attention was you used to work for adrenaline bbq. I knew you were friends with Dave, but never realized you worked there. YOu should do a video on what you did there and what its like working for a BBQ company... I think that would be interesting.

Thank you for doing this vid! I’m debating what ceramic cooker to buy Two questions:
1. Is there less clearance than a bge from grill to top of dome? Can you fit a pork butt on top the elevated grill grate?

2. There is significant space between the ceramic diffuser and walls of cooker. Will the edges of ribs, brisket etc burn?
