I do this twice a week and it is, indeed, very efficient for bloating. I also lost weight with it. Thank you very much. 🙏

Kelly, you are a gem. I have been battling a very rare cancer for 4 years. Most recently lymphedema reared its ugly head after a stint in the hospital, in which they overfilled my body with Bolus IV fluids. I now have a good CLT. Once I get home I forget some of what she’s taught me though. Your videos have helped me tremendously. It’s the complementary support I needed. I love your tone and pace. I’ve sent this one to my entire family. Thank you!

Wow this helped with my skin problems in my arms!! I had some stupid allergy or as dermatologist would say dermatitis but no cream or allergy tablets helped in the long term like this massage. I have been fighting with this skin problem for like three months now and after few days of doing the lymphatic drainage, the redness and inflammation went away! Thanks a lot!

I had a nagging pain in my elbows for weeks, and couldn’t carry heavy things anymore, but didn’t know why. I thought maybe it’s because my lymph nodes are blocked. I’ve seen your video before, and thought why not try it out, after following your lymphatic drainage video, my elbow pain was much reduced. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. It really helps.

Thank you for this video. 🙏🏻
It's my 1st time doing lymphatic drainage and wow, it's super powerful.
I only managed to do the top half of my body as I felt too tired to continue after 9 minutes.
It took me about 6 hours to recover as I'm super sensitive to everything ( food, supplements sound, taste, medication etc. )
My symptoms included headache, body tingling, temp tinnitus, body chills and exhaustion ... I guess this means it's working! 😊
I did a meditation an hour after the lymphatic drainage which helped reduce the head pain.
I'm looking forward to doing the bottom half of my body in a few days time.
I always suspected I needed lymphatic drainage as i've had swollen ankles for years and my inner elbow and forearms sometimes ache for no reason.

Wow. I searched YouTube just this morning looking for this. Found a video of yours from 2 years ago. I was going to comment later today to ask for a step by step routine. I cannot believe this. Thankyou so much.

Thank you, I noticed uncontrollable smiling and happiness while I was doing this, also the space under my arm pit that typically has what I consider stubborn fat actually got smaller almost immediately, also immediately experiencing some bruising on my upper thigh area, also yawned a lot. I feel like my body received this well. I had to take 2 rounds of antibiotics for what doctors believe was pneumonia so my body has been out of wack. Trying this and I will continue hope it helps thank you, also feel inspired to learn this so I can do it for seniors

Thank you for this very good info . Many people didn't know how important to unblocked our lymph nodes, blockage in lymph nodes can cause so many health issues in our whole body . I myself learned Chinese traditional lymphatic system massage it's a bit different from yours but the point of the lymph nodes still the same lol
