Does China have the capability to take back Taiwan?

President Emeritus of the EU Chamber of Commerce in China Joerg Wuttke spoke to @AtlanticCouncilUS during the launch of GeoEconomics Center’s report titled: “Sanctioning China in a Taiwan Crisis: Scenarios and Risks.”

"Business believes that there is certainly a big intention in order to get back the island of Taiwan, but at the same time, the capabilities are not anywhere close in order to do this," he said.
