Awhile ago, I had a black female cat named Abby. She saved my life one night, when I stopped breathing she ran to my moms room, jumped on her than ran back in my room and meowed. She did it over and over again until my mom finally came, to my room. I loved Abby a lot, but sadly she died of throat cancer. I miss her a lot.

My "adopted" sister had a cat who born a litter of black cats just around Halloween. A couple of them (3/8) died on that night, and other than one the rest were horribly injured or abused in some way. I love those cats, and it was so sad to see them go last year. Now, this Halloween we will keep our cats inside and make sure they are carefully watched.
