He's right about selling your stuff. I had surgery back in February, and was out of work on FMLA. I was out of work for a month, and recovered well enough to go to the post office after about 2 weeks. I just listed and sold stuff on Ebay for two weeks and made $1300 in sales. I was out of work paid using sick time and made that money on top of it. When I got back to work, a lot of the stuff that didn't sell was still listed on the site. Gradually, it sold here and there, and I just dropped it at the post office before or after work. Also, he talked about asking for a raise or promotion. If you job has overtime available, take the overtime nobody wants. You have to give up your down time to make strides. Or, get a second job on nights or weekends.

Theres a double edged sword with selling your car right now.
Supply & Demand.
Used running vehicle's are worth approximately 40% more right now which is good if you can sell it for that, and also if you have multiple cars. If you have a desirable Truck it's worth even more.
The only problem is if you do sell your vehicle, buying another reliable vehicle will also be expensive.

Love this account, been watching for years. I’m probably the cheapest of my circle. I’ve saved money, I’ve invested in different things and started a business in the last 7 years, giving time to each thing. A lot of time too. I’ve lost sleep over focusing on my success, and yet I’ve seen little to no success.

I’m not giving up, but it’s weird. You’d think I could hit even a few sales a month consistently but no. People who haven’t tried hard see more success than I do. I’m happy for them, just not impressed with myself

I have saved seven thousand dollars this year in quarters and gold dollars in a big water bottle. Every time I get paid I go to the bank and ask for two hundred dollars in quarters or gold Dollars then put it in my water bottle. Since February, now it is full. I just started on another bottle.
