This practice will help you detox the gross body and the subtle body. We cleanse the lungs, tone the abdomen, and bring about a balance in the nervous system. We look a little bit at the Nadi's(Energy Channels) and how to know if there is an imbalance in the prana in our body too.
It's a great practice to energise the body and cultivate alertness.
