I have found that glycine and TMG cause me to feel depressed at the 2-3g level. I can do TMG AT 500mg without a problem. The higher doses did make me sleep better but still the depression. Stop taking it and the depression clears right up, so thankfully no lingering effects. This has been documented to occur in others as well.

Thank you for your excellent videos. I am using TMG in liquid vegetarian capsules available from Life Extension. This form of TMG may not have been available when you created this video.

I feel like TMG has a definite effect on my workouts, letting me push a bit harder for a bit longer, so presumably helping me get stronger/bigger muscles more quickly. 1 gram split between two protein shakes gives me some upset stomach and occasional diarrhea, though I think my body is adapting to it over time. Shifting the distribution to 700 mg in the pre-workout shake and 300 in the post-workout also seems to help. I have no interest in trying a higher dosage given what 1000 mg does to me.
No clue if it is doing anything else (enhancing NMN/NR, fighting cancer).

So.. I've never found a good answer to this question, but why TMG as opposed to choline??
Isn't choline metabolized into TMG anyway?
Why would you not just take choline to get both the upstream benefits as well as the benefits of TMG??
Am I missing something?

Personally I found that using TMG late in the day, or in the evening, caused significant sleep disturbance.

I think it was Dr Conlon who said the Apigenin molecule is too large to be bioavailable when taken in supplemental form. Therefore, taken parsley powder is better. I don't know about liposomal Apigenin though. Can someone comment on this?

The recommended dosage for those with Hyperhomocysteinemia is 5g per day. Do you think 3g would be better, plus the use of other supplements such as B-vitamins and NAC and creatine and phosphatidylcholine, for keeping homocysteine levels in check?
