In this video, we are covering the applications of cross product! There are five main applications for cross product:
1) To determine if two vectors are colinear (parallel or antiparallel)
2) To determine the angle between two vectors
3) To calculate a unit vector perpendicular to your two vectors (which is frequently used in physics to calculate normal vectors/forces)
4) To calculate the area of a triangle or parallelogram
5) To calculate the torque produced by a given force

This video will go into more detail on how cross product is used for these applications, and the formulas we need to apply! I also apologize if the audio is not the greatest, I am recovering from a cold!

Thank you so much for this video.. I really struggled with vector application problems on my test earlier this year, so this will help when I’m studying for the exams. Can you make a similar video for dot product applications? Thanks
