This also applies to not just being overweight or fat, but asvab to qualify to a branch. I got a 30 on the ASVAB, I needed a 31....so I'm still shipping out, but I'm with that program. I honestly sucks because I have a learning disability with math

When I was in the NAV we called this the fat boy program. Not a bad idea for pre-enlistment. Good luck brother’s and sisters. 😊😊😊😊😊😊

I went to Navy boot camp in 1979. One of the recruits in my company had to lose 150 pounds in order to enlist. Poor thing couldn't hack the regimen & kept being put back a week & then was discharged. She was still waiting to go home when we graduated.

So... did he say that you need to score at least 50 on ASVAB for that? That kinda makes sense... well... you're fat... but at least you're smart... sort of...

Looks like the Chief of Naval Personnel could use that course.

So let’s get this straight, if a female shamu is too much of a damn heifer and is quite rightly drummed out back to civvie street they 3 more tries at the Apple so to play fair it only stands to reason and fair play that if a guy or a female who’s stairs don’t reach the top should get the same shake at the same Apple
