Fortunately for New York, real estate attorney's are required and agents do not have to write up contracts, HOWEVER, I learned that contract inside and out and keep up to date with NYS law just on a professional level. Even though we don't write contracts or negotiate what's involved, we only write up offers, its good to know for our clients behalf! Good video!
