Back in the day, when I purchased my first home to live-in; that was Miami in the early 1990s, first mortgages with rates of 8 to 9% and 9% to 10% were typical. People will have to accept the possibility that we won't ever return to 3%. If sellers must sell, home prices will have to decline, and lower evaluations will follow. Pretty sure I'm not alone in my chain of thoughts.

I absolutely love this video! I'm a newly licensed agent, about 2 weeks now. I'm already a business owner, so a lot of what this video discusses I have been through. It's 100% the truth. I already know that success takes time, but it takes even more time if you don't get to work and learn how to become the best. I haven't gotten any sales as of yet but before I even passed my state exam I started posting and letting people know that I was becoming an agent, I created social media accounts, got a email list together, and started looking for a broker! Customers are everywhere you just have to dedicate yourself to your work, and don't be discouraged. If you go in knowing that this is mostly work and networking the first year, you will be fine. Just know the harder you work, the more results you will get. This video definitely helped me map out more time of my day. I am advertising like crazy, I haven't even sold a property and know how and I am posting as if I sold 20. Like he said if you show confidence in what you do others can see that, and hear it !
