Thanks. I have been so burned out and ready to walk away. It's been 20+ years and I am so not encouraged. This video was a great 6-minute watch. Now that I am a 1st-time grandmother, I have a new why.

Played this for my all company meeting, and you inspired me to go on my own rant which followed. As a leader I'm not doing anyone any favors by being the nice guy, especially in this market. Had so many of them follow up & thank me...I also shared this with my broker/owner mastermind group today & they're sharing it. The strong & committed will survive - quit hiding, show up & do the work. Thanks for the ass kicking - we needed it!

This video is amazingly insightful, Tom. I feel these emotions you discuss, when I have a self talk moment. We are in a different market in 2023. If it took 57 contacts per closing two years ago, then it going to be double or triple that today. What am I going to do about it, you ask?… Well first I am going to send this video to my Coach, Aaron Cuha, and apply your solutions to my revised business plan for my coaching call today. Then I am going ask myself what is my “Why” currently… Your topic in this video is on target for so many of us in Q2 2023.

I’m quitting after 7 years. Haven’t made a sale in 6 months with deals falling through left and right and clients giving up on buying. Can’t handle this lack of income ever again.

I just had my first kid graduate college and I have three other sons behind him. I am being sued for close to $70, 000 and I am currently a part-time real estate broker but I need full-time real estate money and action.
