a) Banded Incline Kettlebell Bench Press (3 sets : 5 reps)
b) Banded Alternating From Top Incline Bench Press (3 sets : 5 reps/arm)
b) Banded Sumo Pause Row (3 sets : 5 reps)
c) Kettlebell Cheat Rows (3 sets : 5 reps)
d) Kettlebell Deadlift (3 sets : 5 reps)
e) Kettlebell Swing (3 sets : 5 reps)
