I thought we were past the resistant carb nonsense. Plenty of folks have checked their postprandial glucose following ingestion of so-called resistant starches and found no difference. If there's credible data to the contrary, I'm interested to see the charts.

Some people like ken Berry says cooled rice being resistant is bs. I always thought of it as bs as well since once its cooked all the protection from digestion has already broken down. Ived tested it on myself and found that cooked rice or cooles rice acts just the same on my blood glucose.

OK, Thomas says "T4NP3VD" and it's listed in the video. In the description it says "T4NP3V - Y - D". Neither of these codes work.

I curated a list of 47 foods alleged to be probiotic. Then assembled a list of 16 """nutrient dense""" prebiotic foods which afford ''other'' multiple health benefits. If you get a lot (variety) of quality very fibrous veggies like asparagus/artichokes, you don't need horrid junk foods like the ones recomm. in this video.

Maybe I misunderstood, but does that mean we can have resistant starches on keto?

I have yet to see resistant starch sold as a thing in of itself. Yes there are resistant starches in various foods but most are tiny in amounts in the actual foods. All of these things are like eating a bowl of glucose to get the benefit of a tiny bit of resistant starch.

The promo code for the buy one get one for the longjack supplement doesn't work when I try it. Would like to try the product though.

Hey Thomas, could you do a video on how to fix your stools (Ik, TMI lol) and what foods and remedies can fix both sides of the spectrum. Thank you!

Could you possibly make a video on suggested recipes using these various starches? I appreciate your channel and all of the info you present. Thanks!

Video idea suggestion: I'd love to hear your recommendation on vitamin and mineral intake over the course of a week through diet and supplements. I know I'm not the only who finds it difficult to take every vitamin every single day and eat the perfect balanced meal everyday. I find it easier to shoot for getting what I need in a week, but I'd love to hear Thomas's take on that.

Thank you!

So, can we deep fry lean chicken bits battered in Green Banana Flour in clean coconut oil? Isn't that super keto?
