Swadishthana is the storehouse of past impressions and also determines our relationship with ourselves. To overcome feelings of lack and fear, practice asanas like Baddhakonasana and Anjaneyasana 🟠

Manipura determines your self confidence and your ability to take action. Poses like Navasana, all twists and core work will help strengthen this Chakra ⚫️

Anahata determines your ability to give and receive love. It also decides your talents. To feel more connected with others, practice Salambh Bhujangasana, Urdhva Mukha Svananasana and Ustrasana 🩷

Vishuddhi when active helps you voice your opinions and thoughts and gives clarity of communication. To express yourself freely practice Setu Bandhasana, Sarvangasana, Halasana 🔘

Agya is your command centre and determines your intelligence and wisdom. To activate this chakra practice Dharana on your Bhrumadhya ⚪️

Sahasrara is your higher consciousness and determines your ability to think beyond I, me and mine. To feel an expansion of yourself practice Shirshasana and Meditation 🌈

Chakras can gradually open at different levels and nothing extraordinary needs to happen for you to activate them. Eat good food, practice asana, pranayama and meditation and serve well in the world. The Chakras will keep opening at their own pace. 🧘🏾

I am here after completing my 21 days 7 chakra challenge by my own referring this video.
on Day 1 I just started with this short I was very confused how to do it
next day I searched for what duration we must do each asna..
From day 3 onwards I started doing each asana For 3 breaths.. Takes 20-36min
During this challenge.. I Strongly a attracted to yoga.. that I started doing yoga for 1 and half hrs.. that was just crazy
Started chanting 21times AUm for agya chakra..
Now today I have completed my 21 days
Benefits I have got:
I am finding myself more stable
less confusion
Emotionally balanced
Got rid from overattachment
More healthy
Happy
most important Reduced overthinking a lot ( Today I I think whatever I used to think was just useless which don't even exist buy just lies in mind only )
I am fearless (free from unnecessary fear)
I am very clear now what exactly I want to do in my life
I am happy that I am the trueself of mine ❤❤

Being an introvert I had no friends growing up. The things I used to pass the time was doing yoga from old books my mom bought me. Unintentionally i made my immunity system so strong that I rarely got sick, also I used to treat simple cold with ayurvedic things made from tree leaves i found in my home (my mom is a genius, she had almost every important plants in our small garden.) .

It's been 3 years since I left our home and started living in city . I stopped doing yoga . Rarely get outside (unless it's my exam) . Now for a full year i haven't touched grass . Didn't get out of my damn 4 walls quarter. Everything I did was good except for making friends. Guess I got depressed. At some time i even stopped eating, brushing my teeth, showering for days.

Proves getting out of touch with nature made me a zombie.hope I get to live like a normal human again.

I did pranayam from last 2 days..I can't tell you how I feel after this feeling was refresh like i m luckiest person on earth.
