Chakra is a Sanskrit word that means "wheel" originates from the ancient Indian yoga system. They are the energy centres of our bodies. Unblocking the chakras throughout your body can help you advance spiritually, heal your physical body, break down mental boundaries, and expand your consciousness.
Chakras are complex energy channels in our body where life force is believed to move. You can call it the body's spiritual nervous system. These spinning energy circle can influence our physical and emotional well being.

Location 🕉️
1. Root Chakra (Muladhara) - base of the spine

2. Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana) - lower abdomen about two inches below the naval

3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) - upper abdomen in the stomach region

4. Heart Chakra (Anahata) - chest, heart

5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) - throat

6. Third-Eye Chakra (Ajna) - forehead between the eyes

7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) - highest chakra, sits at the crown of the head

Chakras can gradually open at different levels and nothing extraordinary needs to happen for you to activate them. Eat good food, practice asana, pranayama and meditation and serve well in the world. The Chakras will keep opening at their own pace.

I want to thank you so much first of all.Thanks to you i have the courage to look at my body in the mirror again.I am doing your videos of irregular periods eating nutritious food, but I am not having regular periods yet but I hope they will be soon.I will continue to do the asanas regularly because from there I have learned to love my body again.

It is SO very welcomed and inspiring to find a yoga flow like this where we are reminded of the divine in us and encouraged to connect with ourselves on that deep level. I would love more flows like this. I also appreciate very much the way you maintain the traditional hatha yoga style and slow pace in most of your classes while at the same time offering asana variations that stand out from the rest and make your flows refreshingly different to most which I LOVE!! (theres a lot of repetitiveness in online yoga...)

I’m doing this practice for more than a month but not continuously, somedays I do it straight 4 days and then I stop for few days and come back again without guilt or regret. I just feel like doing I do it. Thank you 🙏🏻
