Hello I have suffered stroked ten years ago. And i am thankful i come accross with this helpful video. My therapist doesnt know anything about spascity exercises. And I think this will help her to do the right exercises for me. I am difficulty doing normal activities because of spasticity. Please upload more about spasticity to help me recover. Thanks for the videos they are very helpful. I think i gain back all almost all the movement on my right arm . I have trouble moving the arm in the harzantal way and throwing balls or anything else
