Hey Lisa, a suggestion.
It’s the Hong Kong Style toast. Basically you take a bread and toast it. After that, generously add Peanut Butter on the bread. After that drizzle Condensed Milk as much you’d like.
There’s a French toast version, here you just stack 3 slices of bread with peanut butter. Then you cover it with the usual egg mixture and fry in a pan with butter. Then you drizzle condensed milk.

I've never seen a banana pudding with that texture before. Honestly it looks delicious. Personally I'd prefer a banana pudding with a homemade pudding instead of store bought pudding mix, because the instant pudding is usually too sweet to me.

Yes!!!! Back when I used to work in nyc I worked near Lexington ave and 3rd and around there was an Bloomingdales and a magnolia bakery inside. For special occasions during my lunch break I would buy it and wait until I got home late I had it as a special treat 😭

I love banana pudding too. Especially with homemade custard/pudding and meringue. Using half and half in place of the milk on the Nilla cookies recipe box makes all the difference. Very rich. :). Love your videos Lisa. I am Lisa also, from the Eastern part of North Carolina. BBQ rules around here!

This budding looks like it's made with instant banana pudding jello or mix. I make my father's recipe and I yet to taste a B. pudding that compares. No instant pudding mix when it comes to my father's recipe. I'm so grateful that I remembered the recipe by making it with him. When I make one now, the beautiful memories of what a gifted blessing my father was to me...to our family.

I had it from the Magnolia Bakery in DC's Union Station. It's not my auntie's banana pudding, but it was delicious. Top 5, coming from a banana pudding aficionado! That Magnolia Bakery is permanently closed now though. C0vid took it!
