We had a co-worker from the south who mixed diced white bread and pudding and called it break pudding on the restaurant we worked at. I looked at it, at her, then at my boss.

I gave him a look, because this wasn’t the first time she had done something like this.

He (boss) knew that whatever came out of my mouth, I would fully acknowledge as me saying it, but would not take responsibility of what or how she felt after I was done. I left early that day.

I think this is the hot (baked) version of banana pudding. The first time I ever heard of this was last week in a video of someone making it that way. They mashed the bananas and put meringue on top. I'm from Georgia and never saw anyone make banana pudding this way.
